Overview
Chandrashila is the pinnacle of Chandranath Parbat, cradling the revered Tungnath
temple of Panch Kedar. A 1.5 km journey beyond the Tungnath trek leads to
Chandrashila, perched at 4,000 meters above sea level. It gifts panoramic views of
the majestic Garhwal Himalayas.
The Chopta - Chandrashilla - Tungnath trail is a renowned year-round expedition,
more challenging in winter. From Chandrashila Top, witness snow-capped peaks like
Trishul, Nanda Devi, and Chaukhamba, embracing a breathtaking panorama of the
Garhwal Himalayan expanse.

Accommodation Type: Camping Starting from Rishikesh, you'll be picked up by the agency's vehicle. The drive to Sari Village offers scenic views along the Ganga and Alaknanda rivers, passing through Devprayag and Rudraprayag. From Sari, the trek to Deoria Tal begins, taking you through lush bird-filled forests. At Deoria Tal Lake, enjoy the stunning surroundings, spend the night in tents, and relish dinner.
